This policy explains how Jared Pope d/b/a Cannaccounts Solutions ("Cannaccounts Solutions," "we," "us") collects and uses information through cannaccounts.com, our demo and pricing form, our booking calendar and our client portal at portal.cannaccounts.com.

1. What we collect. Demo and pricing requests: your name, email, phone, company or dispensary name, and anything you tell us about your locations and needs. Demo bookings: your name, email and the time you choose, collected through Google Calendar. Emails and calls: what you send us when you contact us. Website use: standard information our website host, Squarespace, collects, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools. Client portal: for clients, the login email, role and activity of each user the client authorizes, plus the business records the client provides under its engagement agreement, such as POS, bank, payroll and invoice data.

2. How we use it. To answer your request, schedule and run demos, and send quotes; to provide, secure and improve our services and the client portal; and to keep business records and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use client business records for any purpose other than serving that client, except as the client's engagement agreement allows or the law requires.

3. Who we share it with. We share information only with service providers that help us run the business: Squarespace (website), Google Workspace (email, forms and calendar), Google Firebase (client portal hosting), and the accounting and POS systems a client directs us to use, such as QuickBooks and Dutchie. We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.

4. How long we keep it. We keep demo and pricing requests for up to two years unless you become a client. We keep client records for as long as the engagement agreement and record-keeping laws require.

5. Security. We use named logins, role-based access and encrypted connections, and we never ask clients to share passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us right away if you think an account has been compromised.

6. Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing jared@cannaccounts.com. Client records are handled under the client's engagement agreement.

7. Age. Our services are for licensed cannabis businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

8. Changes. We may update this policy by posting a new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
