2. Trademarks and logos. Cannaccounts™, Cannaccounts Solutions™, Full Rec'd™, TrueTill™, the Cann(A)ccounts wordmark, the badge, scale and lighthouse logos, and the taglines "Cannabis bookkeeping, simplified." and "Every sale. Every tender. Every dollar, accounted for." are trademarks of Jared Pope d/b/a Cannaccounts Solutions. You may not use them, or any confusingly similar mark, in connection with any product or service, or in any way that suggests our sponsorship or endorsement, without our prior written permission. Other names and marks on this site, such as Dutchie and QuickBooks, belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.
3. Limited permission to use the site. You may view this site and print or save pages for your own business evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, modify, sell, frame or mirror any part of the site; remove any copyright or trademark notice; scrape or harvest content by automated means; or use site content to train or build a competing product or service.
4. Proprietary methods. Full Rec'd and TrueTill are proprietary processes developed by Cannaccounts Solutions. Descriptions on this site are summaries only. Nothing on this site grants any license to our methods, software, templates or know-how, and any non-public materials we share with you during a demo or engagement are confidential.
5. Not a CPA firm; no professional advice. Cannaccounts Solutions provides bookkeeping, reconciliation and related accounting support. We are not a certified public accounting firm, and we do not perform audits or issue audit, review or compilation reports. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or investment advice. Your own CPA should review your books and prepare your income tax returns, and you should consult qualified professionals about your specific situation, including 280E and state cannabis regulations.
6. No client relationship from site use. Using this site, booking a demo or contacting us does not create a client relationship. Services are provided only under a signed engagement agreement, and that agreement controls if it conflicts with this page.
7. Information and pricing. We work to keep the site accurate, but content is provided "as is" for general information and may change without notice. Prices shown are starting prices; your quote depends on your locations and services and is confirmed in writing.
8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent the law allows, Cannaccounts Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site.
9. Third-party links and tools. The site links to services run by others, such as Google Calendar booking, Google Forms and LinkedIn. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
10. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
